Policies
All guests and pets have been reported and accounted for. Any unreported guests or pets will be charged a $75.00 fee.
There is NO SMOKING allowed in rooms; any violation will result in a $100 fee.
A $75 fee will be assessed for rooms left in excessively dirty condition that require extra deep cleaning.
Please be respectful to all other guests. We will assess a $75.00 fee for excessive noise complaints.
MacCallum House is not responsible for any damage to or loss of personal items left unattended on the property. We are happy to ship recovered items to you at your request and shipping charges will be charged to guest.
$40 will be charged for all unreturned keys
Guests staying in rooms with HOT TUBS: All hot tubs are for your use at your own personal discretion. Hot tubs are serviced daily.
We reserve the right to charge for damage to tub or cover including spillage of fluids, food, beverage, vomit or other contaminants.
A valid credit card and deposit of first night's stay plus taxes are required at booking. All other charges will be charged at check-out. Deposit refunds subject to cancellation policy.
Cancellation:
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly; we adhere strictly to our stated policies, as follows: All reservations are secured by a deposit of one night's stay plus taxes taken at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable , less a $40 processing fee when cancellations are given at least 7 days prior to your expected arrival date. If cancellation is made within 7 days of your booking, deposit refunds are pending MacCallum House's ability to re-book the room. Cancellations may also be considered for "deposit-on-hold" status to be used at a later time within one-year of original booking.
