Pet Friendly - At one time, Mendocino had over 100 water towers to store water and provide water pressure to the town’s inhabitants; this is one of the oldest, and it has been restored to a luxurious standard. Built in the late 1800s, this three-story tower has a working redwood tank on top, and the original hand-dug well viewable through thick glass, inset into the ground floor.
The first floor has a small front porch, a gas fireplace, a half bath, microwave, and a king bed dressed with luxurious bedding and a down duvet. The second floor is a luxurious bathroom outfitted with Shikai bath and body products, a jetted spa tub/shower for two and a dry sauna. On the top floor is a Queen bed and a spectacular, unobstructed view of the Mendocino Bay.
